PLEASE NOTE: your receipt is not your ticket. Your ticket(s) have a QR code, and will be sent to the email address you gave. Usually this is very quick, but it can sometimes take several hours. If you have not received your tickets within two hours, please CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER – if there is nothing there, please contact us (email@example.com) and we will investigate. If you have ordered printable tickets, please print them all off and bring them with you, as they will be scanned at the entrance. Likewise, e-tickets will be scanned from your phone at the entrance.
The time shown on your ticket is the time the site opens, but you can arrive at any time after that.
When you purchase, we keep a record only of your name and email address, which are needed in order to send out your tickets. These details are held securely, and are used only to contact you about events at Enys. At the end of the season, the information is deleted. If you have any questions, please email us.
