If you ordered printable tickets, print them and bring them with you for scanning at the entrance; e-tickets will be scanned from your phone at the entrance.
The time on your ticket is the time the site opens, but you can arrive later if you wish.
When you purchase, we keep a record only of your name and email address, which are needed to send out tickets. These details are held securely, and are used only to contact you about events at Enys. At the end of the season, the information is deleted. If you have any questions, please email us.
