Join us for a peaceful outdoor yoga experience in the beautiful surroundings of Enys Gardens, Penryn, Cornwall. Wander the historic grounds from 10:00am before settling onto your mat at 10:30am for a beginner-friendly yoga session on the lawn in just front of the house.
This gentle practice focuses on grounding, mindful movement, and connecting with nature, helping you reset your mind and body. Led by award winning instructor Millie Briggs of Apricity Yoga, the beginner friendly 1-hour class focuses on rejuvenation and restoration. Please bring a yoga mat, warm layers, water bottle, and an optional blanket.
